MS MBELE

Ms. Mpho Mbele is a Lecturer with a Master's degree in Information Technology. She specializes in environmental sustainability, utilizing Internet of Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies, as well as IT education. Ms. Mbele has contributed significantly to her field through a range of publications, including papers presented at various international conferences like IST-Africa Week Conference and the International Conference on Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Computing and Data Communication Systems (icABCD). Her research often explores the integration of local and scientific knowledge to address environmental issues, exemplified by her work on developing adaptive environmental management systems and scalable semantic frameworks for multi-hazard early warning systems. Ms. Mbele is an active participant in academic conferences, seminars, and workshops, highlighting her dedication to advancing IT education and sustainable environmental practices.
