Yvonne Zajontz is a professor and Deputy Dean of Studies for Business Administration – Service Management and Head of Study Program – Media, Sales, and Communication at the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University Heilbronn. For many years, she has served as the Equal Opportunities Officer, where she leads numerous third-party funded projects. As a senator in the senate, she is actively involved in higher education policy. Her primary research interests lie in market and media research, instrumental research (particularly eye tracking), and the study of regional development processes in the context of swarm city research.
She completed her studies in Economic Geography, Business Administration, and Ethnology at the University of Trier. As a research associate at Goethe University Frankfurt/Main, she conducted research and earned her doctorate on regional development processes in Francophone and Anglophone Africa (primarily Cameroon). Prof. Dr. Zajontz has an extensive international network and collaborates with partners on various international projects. In her work as a researcher, she speaks at international conferences and has been conducting market studies and consulting projects for several years.
